We have tried to make our booking process as simple as possible. Please follow the instructions below, or alternatively you can email us info@morairaholidayvilla.com.

If the villa is available for the dates you've requested, then we will email you a quote which will include the rental price, the refundable security deposit and the required "Reservation Deposit" to secure your booking.

We will ask you for more details regarding your stay, i.e. how many adults, children, pool heating etc, then send you a contract, which we will ask you to read through, agree to, sign and return via email.

The contract will include details on how you can make payment. A 25% non-refundable "Reservation Deposit" is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance together with the security deposit being due six weeks before the arrival date. If your booking is less than six weeks away, then we would require payment in full.

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer. Please use your name as the payment reference. Confirmation will be sent as soon as the funds have cleared in our account.

Once payment has been received, we will email you your "Booking Confirmation". Six weeks prior to your arrival we will send you a "Balance Due" reminder via email and once the final balance is paid we will send you the villa information pack which will contain information about what to do when you arrive along with relevant contact telephone numbers should you have an problems during your stay.
